Natalie Summers

I once heard someone introduce me as

‘One of the UK’s leading personal trainers, a co-author of a number one best best selling book with Survivalist Bear Grylls, a kick ass writer of fitness programs, an awesome idea driven and creative fitness entrepreneur with a huge heart.’ anonymous.

I’m not sure I am really any of the above but I do love [MS1] my job with a passion, I do have some incredible clients, I have co-authored a number one best selling book on amazon with Bear Grylls and I have a ridiculous amount of ideas with a hope that one of them will stick and change people’s lives for the better. What I am- Passionate about helping people reach their goals, ridiculously enthusiastic (over the smallest thing), high energy, loyal, open and on a journey in life of my own making. All of the which work for me and against me. Career bits - I founded all things Accomplish Fitness back in 2005 after and co-founded BG EPIC Training with Bear Grylls in 2013. Previous to this I was....and still am…. a rusty geologist at heart, a quirky ideas driven marketer and a very accidental technical author.
Home Life – One awesome daughter, one loving husband and one of each is good with me. Love all things active, daring and a little bit off the wall with a house that reflect this.
